You can log your meditation sessions manually in the app. This means that even if you meditate without using the app, you can still keep track of your sessions and see your progress over time. You can also edit your log if you made a mistake or want to adjust the time and duration of your session.
Here's how it works:
Go to the Profile section and scroll down to "Meditations".
Tap on the pill icon on the date you want to add a session to, and tap "Add a meditation".
Then tap on the plus sign next to "Add a meditation".
Choose the start time, and then tap "Next".
Choose the duration, and then tap "Save".
