How do I save my meditations to Apple Health?
If you are an iPhone user, connecting your TM app to Apple Health is a great way to monitor your meditation progress. Follow these steps to seamlessly integrate your TM meditation sessions with your overall health journey.
Here's what to do:
- Go to the Transcend section in your TM app and tap on Settings.
- Choose Tracking and calendar.
- Toggle on the option for Apple Health.
You'll be directed to a pop-up window requesting permission to access your Apple Health data.
- Toggle on the Mindful Minutes option.
- Tap Allow.
After completing these steps, you can also export your past meditation sessions to the Apple Health app.

If you ever want to disable the Apple Health sync and later decide to re-enable it through the TM app, you will receive a notification advising you to re-enable the sync within the Apple Health app.
